Welcome to Made by the Moellers. By placing an order on moellermade.com, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because we're a family business and we want things to be clear and friendly.
Who We Are
Made by the Moellers is a family business owned and operated by Adam and Kelly Moeller in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Our three children — Henry, Lilah, and Mavis — run their own sub-businesses (MoSlime and MoSips).
Made to Order
Everything we sell is made to order. When you place an order, we begin creating your custom item by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in US Dollars and include the cost of materials and handcrafting.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout.
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but your order is locked in at the price shown when you placed it.
Personalized Products
Because our coloring books, activity books, and photo art are personalized with your name, photo, or other custom details, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. Please double-check spelling, photo selections, and customization details before submitting your order.
For photo art portraits, we send you a digital proof for approval before printing.
Refunds and Returns
Personalized items: Non-refundable once production begins.
Non-personalized items (like MoSlime): If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, as long as production hasn't started.
Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping
- Local pickup in Cedar Falls is free. We'll email you when your order is ready.
- Business and school deliveries are available locally — contact us for details.
- Shipping within the US is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers once a package is in their hands.
Sunshine Delivery (MoSips)
Our free monthly Sunshine Delivery program for businesses and schools requires a minimum order of 10 drinks. We collect orders a few days prior to your delivery date and deliver them that morning at no charge. Specific terms are arranged with each business or school individually.
Photo Uploads
By uploading a photo for personalization, you confirm you own the rights to that photo or have permission to use it. We use uploaded photos solely to fulfill your order — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Child Safety
Our products are designed for children and include the names you provide. We will never share or display a child's name, photo, or personal details publicly. Please do not include sensitive information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) in personalization fields.
MoSlime Safety
MoSlime is intended for ages 5+ and adult supervision is recommended. It is not edible. Wash hands after use. Store in a cool, dry place. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
MoSips Drinks
MoSips uses Lotus Plant Energy concentrate. Lotus drinks contain caffeine and are not recommended for young children, pregnant women, or those sensitive to caffeine. Cloud Sodas and Lemonades are caffeine-free.
Limitation of Liability
Made by the Moellers is a small family business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be communicated via email if you've ordered from us.
